Sorry, due to sanitary and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Damages or defective items.

If the stitching, buttons or elastic of a product is not of integrity, or in the unlikely event that you received a defective item, please send us an email at hello@therosyweekend.com with a brief description and a photo. Each case will be assessed individually. We will do our best to accommodate!

Please note that we are not responsible for damages resulting from shipping.

Packages 

We strive to deliver quality products while being kind to the earth. Orders will not include paper invoices. Order confirmations and receipts will be emailed to you at the time of purchase. 

All orders are packaged in recyclable kraft mailers and sealed with sticker labels that are printed on recycled sticker paper. Please reduce your impact on the environment by recycling the packaging! :)
